Automatic Colour Change System (ACC-2)

This system gives a clean, efficient change of colours operated solely from a remote control panel which can be mounted at the control console of coating aggregate. Operation from the control panel allows emulsion or ink selection using the emulsion respectively colour selection switch. After selecting an emulsion or ink the pump is switched on and the change system will lock.The system will only permit the next emulsion or ink to be selected, after the running process is completed. The change modus is fitted with a pre-set time sequence which allows the manifold, pump and reservoir to be flushed respectively filled with the new emulsion.When changing the ink in running operation the pre-set sequence control enables the selection of a new emulsion respectively ink after the cleansing process is fully completed. ACC-2 standard specification:

• 1 Air driven pump unit with required connections for the selection of inks respectively emulsions.
• 6 Ink tanks.
• 1 Flush tank.
• 1 Remote control panel.
• Tilted unit with angled colour and flush connections maximising cycle cleaning and draining of ink during the flush.
• Standard voltage 220-240 V Alternating Current (50-60 Hz).
